Time
Dating Ink ~
Our ink uses time dating markers in it's formulation. When the ink is applied
to the from a controlled chemical reaction begins. The reaction changes the
marker from Compound A to Compound B over time. The relative concentration of each compound can be determined
by analysis and therefore the time
and date. Different markers have different rates of reaction to detect
different time spans. More than one marker can be used in the ink formulation
to detect any reasonable time span.
The analysis to detect multiple signing is even easier. All that need be
done is verify that the signature below is older than the one above.
Only the relative difference between two signatures need be detected.
We only need one marker with a useable time span of 6 months.
This makes detection even easier and speeds automated analysis.

The relative concentration will form a staircase if signatures were signed on
different days.
In this example there were only 3 visits to the doctor. The first three were
signed at the same time and the last three were signed at the same time.
Our
Pen ~
Our pen has several characteristics besides using special ink. Our pen
controls ink deposition onto the writing surface. Our pen also places forensic tell tell marks in the ink line. Both
assist in expert handwriting analysis.
Special
Form ~
Doctors must use our special sign-in form and he is responsible for its accuracy. All his patients must sign and date the form for each treatment
given, and the Doctor must verify the authenticity of the entries, by signing it himself. The procedure notifies him that the sign-in form will be analyzed by a Computer Aided Document Analysis System, for verification of its authenticity. The procedure warns that
falsifying the form constitutes fraud, punishable by fine and or imprisonment.
The form has additional features such as controlled chemistry,
controlled surface characteristics, unique form number, Patient name and
number, Claim number, Clinic name and number.
Expert
Analysis ~
Questioned documents that the automated system identifies will be sent
to Experts for further analysis and verification.
