Former "Vice President of Research and Development" and cofounder of
SignaScan. Bob is the inventor of SignaScan's first patent
describing a pen and time-dating ink for use
in detecting fraud in medical sign-in sheets.
Bob has over 30 years experience in engineering and software development. He has been the engineering manager for several high end data
acquisition systems for use in military and advanced research projects. These
include the stealth bomber and the space shuttle. His background
also includes quality assurance, reliability engineering and test engineering.

"Izzy" was the designer of our patented time determinant ink
formulations and assisted Tom Frey in the development of the ink analysis
methods. He was responsible for the manufacture of our first time determinant
inks and pens. Izzy has fifty years of ink chemistry experience, which started
in 1953 as the Chief Chemist for PaperMate Pens. He remains active in his
science and is now working on inkjet printer inks, as well as SignaScan’s
development efforts.

Physicist.
Tom is the primary inventor of the Patent on the spectroscopic methods
for analyzing our time determinant inks. He performed the scientific
development and feasibility studies, of our first time determinant inks and
also assisted Isaiah Lieberman in the development of the time dating ink
Patent. Tom is a former Director, who possesses strong technical and
managerial skills. Tom is a key contributor to SignaScan and our team efforts.

Since 1987, our research team has been developing equipment and procedures for the detection of medical claims
fraud. We have been awarded five US Patents and our Lab has assisted in the reduction of millions of dollars, in
Insurance claims fraud. The culmination of our efforts is a simple, low cost system that will significantly reduce
Insurance and Workers Comp fraud.
